Shipping

We spin each batch by hand in Albany, NY from organic cane sugar and real fruit. Here's how it gets to you.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Cotton candy is spun in small batches; if your flavor is on a fresh-spin queue, we'll email you the day before it ships rather than let your order wait quietly. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Where we ship and how

We ship from Westchester, NY to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship internationally yet — we'll announce it on the site when we do.

We ship via UPS wherever it's the right call. For some routes, our shipping partner (Pirate Ship) may hand your order off to USPS or another carrier to get it to you faster or with better tracking. Whichever carrier carries your order, the name shows up in your tracking email so you know who to watch for.

  • Economy shipping: $4.90 — typically 3–5 business days in transit after your order ships
  • Standard shipping: $6.90 — typically 2–3 business days in transit after your order ships
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100

Tracking

When your shipping label is generated, you'll get an email with a tracking number and the carrier's name. If 48 hours have passed since your order confirmation and you still don't have a tracking email, check your spam folder, then write us at hello@cirrus9candy.com and we'll find it.

 

Lost, damaged, or didn't arrive

Things sometimes go sideways in transit. Here's how to reach us:

  • If your order arrives damaged or melted: email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cirrus9candy.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
  • If your order doesn't arrive at all: email us within 14 days of the ship date at hello@cirrus9candy.com with your order number.

Either way, we'll replace it or refund it - your call, no back-and-forth.

Returns

Because cotton candy is a perishable food, we don't accept returns on opened or unopened bags. Refund and replacement details are in our Refund policy.
