Cotton candy is sugar, air, and whatever you flavor it with. That leaves nowhere to hide, so every ingredient we use has a farm and a name behind it.
The sugar
We’re picky about our sugar. Our organic cane sugar is single-origin and domestically grown in South Florida by Florida Crystals, a Regenerative Organic Certified farm. We believe great candy starts with knowing exactly where it comes from, and caring about the land that grows it.
The fruit
All of our fruit comes from certified organic farms. We buy from small, local growers whenever possible to help support Hudson Valley agriculture.
Grown by people we know
We care about where our ingredients come from, and who grows them. Our organic sugar comes from a single domestic source that is Regenerative Organic Certified, meaning its farming practices are designed to build healthier soil, support biodiversity, and leave the land better than they found it.
Our fruit comes from domestic organic farms we know and trust, bringing real fruit into every batch. Because better ingredients make better candy.
